Acoustical Heritage in Hagia Irene

Saint Irene, Byzantine church was modelled as part of the CAHRISMA project (Conservation of the Acoustical Heritage by the Revival and Identification of the Sinan’s Mosques Acoustics). Hagia Irene has an App. volume of 39.000 m3 and RT of 4,3 sec (1000 Hz). Auralisations are available.

[1] Measurements were simulated in 33 source-receiver pairs – here we are having a look from each receiver positionat each source as well as a look around the room.
