If you have a valid Maintenance and Support agreement (MS) you are welcome to send your requests tosupport@odeon.dk, along with the necessary room files for your project. Choose File>Zip>Create Archive inside ODEON, to make sure we receive all necessary subfiles of your project.
We will try to give a first answer within 24 hours and try to help you as fast as possible!
