Terms & Conditions


All prices are shown in DKK or EURO.
Prices do not include VAT.
Prices include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.



We accept payment by bank wire transfer or credit card.
The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

For new licenses, payment terms are 30 days net.



Your order is confirmed via email.



Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.



Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day the order was placed.



International/overseas orders will be delivered within 3-5 days from the day the order was placed.

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

Some delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays.

Odeon A/S cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.



Neither Odeon A/S nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, distribution or delivery of this program shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, incorrect results, recovery of data, or other pecuniary loss) resulting from any defect in the software, update version, or its documentation, or arising out of the use, the results of use, or inability to use the product, even if ODEON has been advised of the possibility of such damage or claim.



Odeon A/S makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to this product.  As a result, this software is sold “as is” and you the licensee are assuming the entire risk as to its quality and performance. No Odeon A/S Distributor, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition that will increase the scope of this warranty.



Odeon A/S may create, from time to time, updated versions of the ODEON software. Odeon A/S reserves the right to make changes to the software or its documentation without notice. Major updates e.g. from ODEON 16 to ODEON 17 will be made available to registered users who have a valid Maintenance and Support Agreement or who purchase an upgrade. Minor service updates e.g. from version 16.0 to 16.01 or 16.1 may be made available for download and may also be used by the licensee without a valid Maintenance and Support Agreement if the hardware key permits running the update.



Scope of the Software Maintenance and Support

When payment is made, the ODEON user is entitled to receive:

  1. Technical support comprising giving answers to technical questions presented via email or telephone. Odeon A/S will endeavor to answer the within the same day. (Weekends excluded)
  2. Software updates and new versions issued by Odeon A/S


The MS1 contract is valid 1 year from the 1st of a month when the MS1 period is confirmed
