If the files are stored online, depending on your internet connection, it might take a while to load all the needed files to run the Soundscape App. A loading message is supposed to indicate when loading is completed. However, depending on your browser, the information might not be accurate enough and you may need to wait longer for the app to load entirely.

For a faster loading time:

• You can choose to compress the output audio files further. In ODEON, go to Program setup, Auralisation tab, and in “Settings for batch calculations for Soundscape app”, select a lower bit rate.
• Make sure your auralisations are less than 1.5 min long.  You generally do not need an entire sound clip to investigate the different acoustic conditions in a room case, therefore it is a good idea to crop your input signals.
