A flutter echo is easily seen on decay curves in a single-point response. It usually has a saw-tooth shape, with periodically repeated spikes due to reflections arriving at equal time intervals. You may click the Decay curves tab press T to reveal the detailed squared impulse response, as in the screenshot below.

The 3D Billiard tool offers a visual way to detect flutter echoes, which appear as clusters of balls between parallel walls.
