Yes, it behaves like a standalone audio device, to which you can either connect via mini Jack cable or Bluetooth.
We recommend using sine sweeps to measure impulse responses. Even though the measurement facility in ODEON makes it very easy to set up sweeps and obtain impulse responses, you can alternatively find a collection of sine sweeps on the Omni’s downloads page. If you play them and record them with Odeon Omni, you should then convolve the recorded signal with the corresponding inverse sweep to obtain the impulse response.
